There are many roles of a Brother, and the responsibilities can be quite diverse. But whether the role is that of counselor, administrator, vocation director or serving in pastoral care, all the Brothers provide a loving presence among all they serve.

As Westville Grove, the Brothers strive to create an enabling environment. Whether it's offering encouraging words to a young child learning to walk, or giving a smile and pat on the back to one who is learning to read, the Brothers make all those served feel that they belong, are wanted and respected. By being constantly available to the children, adults and families in need, the Brothers continually demonstrate that God is a healing God of love.

The Brothers work in partnership with lay co-workers who share their philosophy and values and who wish to work alongside the Brothers in the Mission of the Order.

The Brothers strive to maintain the services of the Order by continually developing their own professional skills in the management and provision of services, ensuring the most comprehensive and up-to-date quality of services is provided.
